Following your sign up, we will proceed with several checks, including credit, claim records as well as your driving record.

If all your information and checks pass our minimum requirements, you will then have the privilege of renting a vehicle via UandMyCar.com.

Rental :
1. Make a rental request.
2. Wait for confirmation of the availability of the vehicle by the owner.
Pickup :
1- Meet with the owner for rental pickup (with 2 valid pieces of identification)
2- Before taking ownership of the vehicle, sign the rental contract with the owner (UandMyCar form), while proceeding with a cursory inspection of the vehicle, indicating any apparent damage at the moment of the key exchange.
3- Provide and receive any important information regarding the rental with the owner.

The vehicle must be less than 8 years old and have less than 80 000 miles' (120 000 kms) us. In case of the contrary, the vehicle will require an inspection and proof of this must be sent to us.

In order to take advantage of the car lease between individuals program, you must first sign up on UandMyCar's website.
To sign up, you only need to fill out the registration form and provide us with the required documents :
1- Copy of your driving record.
2- Copy of your credit report.
3- A copy of your FCSA file.

It is absolutely FREE to register, search for cars and list cars to rent.

Yes. You can list more than one car, there is no limitation on the number cars the user lists.

You can report a damage claim by using our ticket support system.

Log on to the Ticket Support System and report the breach. Don't forget to upload a copy signed of your Rental Agreement Contract.
